Your first visit is not just a service; it's a transformative experience from the moment you step into our private curl sanctuary, Where Curls Come to Life!
We are located inside Sola Salon Suites in Studio 16A. Our main entrance is located near the Whole Foods at Plymouth Meeting Mall. Enjoy free parking, and make your way to the Mall entrance, where you'll find the entrance to Sola Salon Studios as well.
⭐️ WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR FIRST VISIT
- Expect your service to include an in-depth consultation, personalized care, and dedicated attention to your curls. Expect your previous concerns and experiences to be heard and considered.
- Expect to be kept in the loop each step of the way as I will share the "why" behind each step and product I use for your service, as well as the "how".
- To compliment this experience we ask all first-time guests book the NEW GUEST FIRST CURL SESSION. This signature, all in one session, is designed to detox, reset, reshape, and renew your relationship with your natural texture for the best results.
- If you are already happy with your haircare regime, and are not new to embracing your curls, but are new to me, you may opt to book NEW GUEST DEVACUT/CUSTOM CURL CUT or the NEW GUEST DRY CUT ONLY service to get you started.
- NEW GUEST services include the additional time and care needed for our first session together. Moving forward, you will be able to book recommended services from the existing guest category.
- Color services are not typically offered at your first appointment. Exceptions may be made during an initial consultation and assessment of your hair. Please book a consultation first if you'd like to schedule a color service along with your first visit.
⭐️ BOOK YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
CLICK HERE TO BOOK your appointment online. Please review and select the service options and pricing listed under the "NEW GUEST" category on the booking site, review the details of each and whats included, and then choose how you'd like to get started.
- You will need to put a valid credit/debit card on file to book your appointment. No deposit is currently required. Payment will be processed upon completion of your service.
- Expect a booking confirmation email with the details of your appointment. You will receive multiple email/text communications and reminders of your upcoming appointment including information on how to prepare for your first visit.
- After reviewing the details in your confirmation email, be sure to confirm your appointment when prompted to guarantee your space.
⭐️ RUNNING LATE OR NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
- Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and a fee for additional time. We require 48 hours notice for rescheduling and cancellations. Cancellation fees will apply to appointments cancelled or rescheduled with that 48 hour window.
